Sauvignon Blanc grown from the Judean Hill’s terroir reflects the area’s unique terroir of limestone. A lovely expansive myriad of green floral aromas of green floral scents that are very pretty are present in this wine’s nose. The flavors on the palate are full. “Where Old World meets the New World”. Racy acidity combined with a fully textured mouth feel leave a wonderful and lasting impression.
In Israel, the Judean Hills region grows some of the best Sauvignon Blanc around. The vineyards we source possess soils which are of steep limestone slopes. These growing conditions produce a full green canopy and luscious grape clusters that when fermented, are quite distinctively floral and reminiscent of gooseberry and grapefruit.
